Very Good

A few minutes walk to main bus station but had to get an Uber - terrible rain!

I don't like to complain about the air conditioning being SO COLD --- but had it up to max 30° and was still freezing all night - and if you turn it off it's too hot and stuffy after 5 minutes- other than that, perfect for the bus station and missing the horrible journey from downtown in the horrendous early morning traffic

Convenient executive room very close to bus terminal

Perfect location for a stopover in Cartagena mid bus journey as its right beside the main bus terminal. Friendly staff, super clean, air conditioning was magic, and nice hard bed (we personally dislike soft lumpy mattresses so this was perfect). Nice addition of complimentary coffee in the morning.

On a main road so there is some road noise however the staff kindly put us in a back room rather than roadside room and with earplugs it was absolutely fine. Also our Room was quite small but for an overnight stay we had no issue with this

Great location, very clean common areas and very kind service!

Perfect location if you need to be close to Cartagena bus terminal. The two ladies at the reception were very kind en helped out with everything (like ordering food online). The room had basic facilities but we didn’t need more.

It's cheap, we only spent the night to catch the bus in the morning, perfect location for that as it's only 5 minutes from the main bus station by food. Wouldn't recommend a long recreational stay there but for a layover it's alright

Small rooms, it was very loud that night and the walls are very thin. Bring earplugs

Great hotel that meets all expectations and beyonx

Fantastic value for this hotel, the receptionists were all very helpful and kinda, willing to help us with whatever request.

Just the location, but it's actually not that bad because it's close to the main Transporte terminal which can be convenient for arriving/departing to other cities, and also it's where you can board the X104 to reach the city centre.

Not in a safe location, tiny small ugly rooms.

Cooling system worked.

Really bad location to arrive in the night, is conveniente because of being close to the bus terminal but is a really insecure place to walk Room does not have windows to the outside, you see people walking and turning on lights the whole time, you hear reception and cleaning shouting.
